Our ERP upgrade project was one of the major projects undertaken by the business last year, and as it was a number of years since the initial implementation we needed someone with the right skills and experience to guide us through the planning and execution of the project. O’Brien Fine Foods engaged Lumenia Consulting to carry out a Business Systems Strategy Review. We had initially begun the process internally, but decided that we needed an experienced independent party to review and verify our approach and decisions.
