Havwoods approached Lumenia to assist us select an ERP solution and Implementation partner to deliver a solution across all our sites in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. This is one of the largest projects undertaken by our business which is expanding rapidly across the world.
One of our key criteria for engaging with Lumenia was to ensure that there was a good cultural fit between Lumenia and our teams in the UK and other locations. The Lumenia Selection process was a phased approach with clear steps and deliverables over an agreed timeline. The project phases and planning of the required Havwoods resources was communicated clearly to us throughout. Lumenia came to us with a clear, methodical approach to developing a Business System Strategy. Their consultants were excellent at eliciting information and asking the right questions and they were quick to understand our complex software landscape. They worked extremely well with our team and ensured that the project execution was best-suited to our needs amidst challenging time and budgetary constraints.

Pep&Co engaged Lumenia to help us to source and implement our entire business systems and IT needs for our start-up retail business.
