Ursula Browne
Ursula is a Managing Partner with Lumenia Consulting Manager with responsibility for ERP deploy services, including ERP project management. She has been with Lumenia since 2008, working with clients on business system strategy, selection and implementation projects and advising and supporting them through the transformation brought about by ERP. Ursula has over 35 years of professional experience with a background in Supply Chain Management.
Before Lumenia, she worked with several large organisations in operational roles before concentrating on business systems consultancy, project management and change management. Ursula has a BA in Applied Psychology, is APICS certified and is a PRINCE2 practitioner.
Gráinne O'Driscoll
Gráinne joined Lumenia in 2021 and is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years of experience implementing ERP. She has contributed to the delivery of successful projects as both a consultant and a project manager.
Most recently, she project managed a multi-site ERP implementation for a multi-national pharmaceutical organisation which included complex GXP validation requirements. Gráinne’s focus now is on advising and supporting the decision-making process for clients selecting the most appropriate ERP system for their business.
Gráinne has a BA in Technical Theatre and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specialising in Finance & Accounting.
Bernie Callaghan
Bernie is a Principal Consultant with Lumenia Consulting. She has been with Lumenia since 2012, working with clients on business system selection and implementation projects. Bernie has over 35 years of professional experience.
Bernie has vast experience in ERP and enterprise systems projects having worked across many sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food & beverage and construction.
Prior to Lumenia, she worked with several large organisations in various IT business system roles. Bernie has a H.Dip Systems Analysis (with Distinction), is APICS & PMP certified.
