Lumenia worked with Peel Ports to define and map our ‘to-be’ business processes, to inform the specification, selection and implementation of our new ERP system. They engaged with stakeholders across our business to document streamlined processes in areas such as finance, customer billing, purchasing and expenses, HR and payroll, project management and enterprise asset management. The Lumenia team built consensus through a series of mapping and validation workshops with our internal team. They combined their knowledge of industry-standard and good-practice processes with the needs and peculiarities of our own business, and challenged our current ways of working where necessary. Lumenia’s work has been invaluable in building internal buy-in and readiness for the change ahead, informing the system selection process, and helping ensure that our ERP implementation will support real business transformation.
