When REED decided to go to market for a new ERP solution, we realised that we needed external guidance to help us through the process. We chose Lumenia because of their independence, track record in managing ERP projects in organisations of our scale and detailed ERP market knowledge. Prior to starting the ERP selection process, they led a series of business process design workshops involving senior Finance and HR stakeholders from our three business units. Using their library of sample process flows as a starting point, Lumenia were able to help us to agree new harmonised future state business processes, which were then used to drive ERP requirements. They subsequently led a very detailed and rigorous ERP selection process, which has culminated in us choosing an ERP solution and System Integrator that we are certain is right for REED.
