Gráinne O'Driscoll
Gráinne joined Lumenia in 2021 and is a Principal Consultant with over 20 years of experience implementing ERP. She has contributed to the delivery of successful projects as both a systems consultant and a project manager.
Gráinne has managed many implementations as a project manager, including GXP-validated environments in the pharmaceutical sector. In addition to providing project governance services on active implementations, Gráinne provides selection and pre-deployment advice to clients selecting the most appropriate ERP system for their business.
Bernie Callaghan
Bernie is a Principal Consultant with Lumenia Consulting. She has been with Lumenia since 2012, working with clients on business system selection and implementation projects. Bernie has over 35 years of professional experience.
Bernie has vast experience in ERP and enterprise systems projects having worked across many sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food & beverage and construction. Prior to Lumenia, she worked with several large organisations in various IT business system roles.
Kirsten Curran
Kirsten joined Lumenia in 2026 and is a Principal Consultant with over 20 years of experience in ERP and IT across the industrial manufacturing and medical devices sectors. She has worked in a variety of senior roles, including project and programme leadership positions, contributing to major ERP and business transformation initiatives in global organisations.
Before joining Lumenia, Kirsten was the Project Management Office leader for a multi‑national medical devices company. In this position, she supported the delivery of ERP projects through structured governance and portfolio oversight and managed an ERP deployment involving significant GxP validation. Her current focus is assisting clients with their business systems strategy and ERP selection.
