Lumenia Webinar: Successful ERP – Choose your Project Manager carefully!

Inadequate project management is one of the most common causes of ERP project failure. ERP project management is a highly complex role, and the project manager will face challenges that are unique to an ERP project.

The role involves a combination of detailed day-to-day management of the internal ERP project team, co-ordination with the ERP vendor consulting team and periodic reporting on project progress to the project steering group. Selecting the right person to manage your project is key to it’s success.
