Lumenia Webinar - ERP Change Management: From Resistance to Readiness

Are you planning an ERP implementation? Do you want to ensure your people are prepared for the changes ahead? Make sure to attend this webinar and learn how to manage the people side of ERP implementation successfully.

ERP projects bring significant changes to processes, roles, responsibilities and ways of working. Even a well-designed solution can fall short if people are not ready, willing and able to adopt it.

Join Edward Abrahamson, Associate Partner at Lumenia Consulting, on Tuesday, 15 September from 11AM to 11:45AM, for our next webinar, "ERP Change Management: From Resistance to Readiness".

Drawing on more than 20 years of business and technology change experience, Edward will explain why change resistance arises and outline four essential elements of an effective ERP change management strategy:

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Project communication
  • Change impact management
  • Training

This webinar will provide practical insights into helping organisations move from resistance to readiness and support successful ERP adoption. Be sure to join us!
