Havwoods approached Lumenia to assist us select an ERP solution and Implementation partner to deliver a solution across all our sites in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. This is one of the largest projects undertaken by our business which is expanding rapidly across the world.

One of our key criteria for engaging with Lumenia was to ensure that there was a good cultural fit between Lumenia and our teams in the UK and other locations. The Lumenia Selection process was a phased approach with clear steps and deliverables over an agreed timeline. The project phases and planning of the required Havwoods resources was communicated clearly to us throughout. The project collateral generated as outputs from each stage of the process were clear and of a very high standard with great attention to detail. From the benefits analysis to the final review of the vendors there was a consistent feel and quality to the process.
